When professional services firm Holman Hodge began looking for their next office space, flexibility, collaborative culture and convenience were paramount priorities. Enter, Next Curated Workspace. A built-for-purpose, curated coworking space for the corporate, small business and freelance sector, located at 45 Pirie St and designed by Australian design and architecture firm, Design Inc.

Super Studio were engaged by Next, and its parent company, corporate services firm Holman Hodge, to develop a visual brand identity suitable for digital and physical signage assets, and deliver publicity strategy to promote its coworking space, with a key focus on positioning the workspace suitably to attract tenants of a strong cultural fit. PR strategy included development of media kit including photography briefing for suitable creative and creation of press release, development of unique angles to pitch based on relevance to target audience, and ideation/arrangement of additional opportunities to connect with media including invitational tours and invitational use of the office space for creatives working in editorial and journalism.
