The salon is located a stones throw from Fleet Street, the home of Sweeney Todd the demon barber, which gave us our inspiration for developing the identity around a skull and scissor motif that had both a live and a dead state. Perfect for animating in red neon.
We redrew the original logotype and skull mark, refined the colour palette, developed icons to represent key ethical points, and introduced a typographic system that mixes a serif with a rounded condensed sans used inline to highlight key messages. A monospace is for headings and details nested within intended paragraphs.
A set of social media templates were provided in Keynote to allow consistent branding that is faithful to the provided designs with a minimum of time and knowledge.
