Left of Centre (LOC) is designed to bring together exciting winemakers from across Australia and even a few legends from France, Italy, Spain and Austria. The owner’s brief was to create a brand that was not another wine bar – to not take itself too seriously – approachable and a stand out from other venues in Adelaide.

Working with Olivia Moore from the very beginning, we have been part of the journey from the initial online-only platform of direct-to-consumer natural wine sales through to the launch of the wine bar in Hindmarsh Square.
